This trauma-informed bodywork package targets the chronic tension and nervous system overdrive that causes pain and steals sleep. The sessions provide a safe, fully controlled space for you to feel safe again.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: I respect your time and hope you understand I need to protect mine.  Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment to avoid a 50% fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% fee. I will waive these for emergencies or if you are a new client rebooking immediately!


Health and Safety Protocols

I remain committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all patients. My established protocols prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, addressing communicable illnesses and diseases.


Patient and Practitioner Agreement

For the well-being of everyone, we each agree to inform the other in advance of the appointment if any of the following apply:

  • Close Contact/Exposure: In the past 10 days, we have been in close contact with, or possibly exposed to, anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Symptoms: We are experiencing any symptoms such as fever (100.0°F or above) or chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle/body aches, runny nose/congestion, new loss of taste or smell, or nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • Testing: We reserve the right to request that a home rapid test or other diagnostic test be performed to determine the status of a communicable disease.
  • Masking: Masks are not required, but either party may request that the other wear one during the treatment. 


Facility Precautions

I maintain rigorous hygiene and air quality standards:

  • Sanitization: Treatment rooms, bathrooms, and all high-touch surfaces and frequently used spaces are sanitized and cleaned regularly.
  • Linens: Fresh, clean linens are supplied for the massage table for every patient.
  • Air Quality: All spaces are purified using one or more of the following technologies: Alen Air Purifier, Austin Air Purifier, Ionic Air Purifier, UV Sanitizer, Propolis Diffuser.
  • Hygiene Requirement: Patients are required to wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival and are encouraged to use hand sanitizer at the end of the treatment.
  • Footwear: You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering the treatment room. Feel free to bring a pair of slippers or indoor-only shoes to wear inside the facility.
